I have been happily married for many years to the same person. As a trained practitioner I offer 6-8 weeks of pre-marital counseling with the FOCCUS method.

Spiritual Direction is an ancient practice, a unique one-to-one relationship in which a trained person assists another in the search for an ever-closer union of love with the Divine. I am a Christian spiritual director who is open to persons of any faith or none. I have provided this sacred space for over 18 years and usually meet with a directee on a monthly basis.
